Middle East Education is a key factor in the economic reform in the Middle –East and the United States is playing a positive role by promoting expanded access to progressive higher education for students in the region. The Middle East is almost four years into an economic boom. Arab stock markets have surged since 2003. Up 150% in Egypt, 87% in Kuwait, 60% in Saudi Arabia, 37% in Jordan and 31% in the UAE. Money supply has taken off and liquidity is at record levels. Real estate prices have rocketed. As the economy is growing and capital investment is pouring into the region, parents and students are looking for best universities for higher education. The region presents a unique student market from which to recruit. Students from Middle-East are highly motivated and financially capable. and many governments continue to fund students through generous scholarships. Fifty percent of oil rich Gulf States (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates) population is under 25 years of age.
