Actovian has made arrangements with airlines, hotels and other independent suppliers to provide you with the Tour or Fair services you purchased, we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your recruitment tour or fair (the "Tour"). However, Actovian does not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. Actovian does not own, manage, control, promote, run or operate any of the services on the Tour, including, by way of example, transportation of any kind, motels, hotels, restaurants or any other similar or related services. However, if you find you have a dispute with any of these suppliers, Actovian will give you such reasonable help as it can in resolving such disputes.

Actovian and its agents act only as agents for the Tour participants in regard to transportation, accommodations, food, and other goods and services provided to the Tour participants by the independent suppliers. Further, Actovian makes no representation or warranty concerning the nature or quality of the goods and services provided by the independent suppliers. Therefore, Actovian assumes no liability or responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, sickness, acts of war or terrorism, quarantine, natural disaster, delay or irregularity with respect to persons or property occasioned by any cause whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, beyond Actovian,s control. Tour participants will receive information regarding personal insurance and trip contingency that may be purchased at an additional costs. Such insurance is offered by persons other Actovian and Actovian makes no representations or warranties concerning the nature or quality of such insurance coverage.

Actovian is not responsible for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property or other economic damage caused by such factors beyond our control. Actovian is also not liable, and/or responsible for any injury you may sustain while participating in water sports, bicycling, driving a car, or engaging in other optional tours and/or activities not included in your Tour. Of course, Actovian remains responsible for any negligent actions on its part.

Actovian further limits its liability to Tour participants for any breach of its contract to actual damages, which shall in no event exceed the amounts paid by the participant for the Tour. Actovian reserves the right to make changes to accommodations and/or to any Tours .
